Microsoft announced to the Philippines the Game Development, XNA. It is a creators club online. How it works is simple and you earn by cash.
Basically, make games for XBOX 360 and Windows with Microsoft free tools, sell your game in XBOX Live and make money!

July 21, 2008 - Microsoft Windows Home Server Power Pack is released to manufacturing. You can also download the Power Pack at the Dowload Center. For those of you who are too lazy to get it manually, it will be released via Windows Update in August.
According to the TechNet blog, Power Pack 1 provides a range of new enhancements, including support for home computers running Windows Vista x64 editions, backup of home server Shared Folders, improvements to remote access, more efficient power consumption and better performance.
Windows Home Server users, is the long wait worth it?
